7. If the information provided by the user during the registration process proves to be insufficient, dishonest or false, users account will be immediately blocked. As a result all the cargo/transport posted on www.loadingpoint.info will be deactivated until the issue is going to be fully resolved.

8. In the circumstances the issue covered by point 7 of www.loadingpoint.info terms and condition will arise. Client will be automatically notified via email that the information provided during registration is incorrect requesting to change the information by following the link in the received email. Once the administration will receive the correct information client’s account will be immediately reactivated.

9. www.loadingpoint.info administration strongly recommends providing the fullest possible information when posting cargo/transport.

10. www.loadingpoint.info administration is not taking responsibility if as a result of dishonest, incorrect or misleading information of posted cargo or transport leads to unsatisfactory transaction.

11. www.loadingpoint.info administration is not taking responsibility if   dishonest, illegal or inappropriate behaviour of the client will lead to unsatisfactory transaction.

12. www.loadingpoint.info administration strongly recommends to check fully the partners information to identify and ensure the good intention of the potential partner.

13. Tacking into consideration points 10,11 of www.loadingpoint.info terms and conditions. In the case of unsatisfactory transaction the party that suffers a negative effect as a result of this transaction taking place has an opportunity to report the issue to the administration of www.loadingpoint.info. Administration will deal with this issue decisively and will do everything in its power to prevent similar problems in the future.

14. Tacking into consideration points 10,11 of www.loadingpoint.info terms and conditions. In the case of unsatisfactory transaction the party that suffers a negative effect as a result of this transaction taking place has an opportunity to leave a negative feedback at the end of the unsatisfactory transaction. This will identify the dishonest/problematic customer to other users/customers and to the administration of www.loadingpoint.info. This will prevent similar problems in the future.

15. www.loadingpoint.info administration ensures that in the case of unsatisfactory transaction caused as a result of circumstances mentioned in point 10,11 of www.loadingpoint.info terms and conditions. Administration will do everything in its power to prevent similar problems in the future.  Depending on the circumstances the client who caused the unsatisfactory transaction will be penalised by warning, rating reduction or even may be permanently blocked from the www.loadingpoint.info system. 

16. www.loadingpoint.info administration is responsible for a fair maintenance of the feedback system. If at any point any of www.loadingpoint.info customers will suspect that the feedback given to them is false or unfair please contact the www.loadingpoint.info administration to bring this issue to its attention and make the necessary changes if needed.

17. If an extremely unsatisfactory transaction will take place www.loadingpoint.info administration will provide all the necessary information from its archives to back up the innocent party and help to result problem.

18. www.loadingpoint.info will do everything in its power to identify and prevent these situations from happening in advance.

19. Clients of www.loadingpoint.info take responsibility for giving a fair feedback to their partner at the end of every transaction.

20. Client of www.loadingpoint.info take responsibility to provide complete, fair, true, honest, accurate and timely information when they are posting a cargo/transport on www.loadingpoint.info .  

21. Clients that comply with www.loadingpoint.info set of terms and conditions will be annually rewarded with the positive feedback by administration.
